5 Easy Ways To Beat The Heat This Summer

Summer is on, so it’s time to nourish your body with right elements so as to counter the influence the heat. Here is what I want to share with you as 5 easy tips to beat the heat this summer, and keep yourself active and healthy.

• Keep your diet light and hygienic, and avoid heavy food. Taking oily and fatso food may put you on discomfort, as they take a longer time to digest. So eat light food like seasonal fruits and vegetables and keep your stomach in a healthy state.

• Opt for morning walk and exercises. You don’t need to go for intensive workouts, and just have some light exercises either. Making so much effort, especially during day time, may leave you feeling week, because both exercise and hot temperature may increase your body temperature.

• Drink lots of water in any case. It’s hot outside, so drink lemonade in adequate amount to stay hydrated. Carry a bottle of water around you if you’re to go out.

• If you need to go out in the sun, wear protective clothes like long paints, full sleeved shirt and protective sunglasses. You can use a hat or an umbrella to keep the sun’s rays off your head.

• Take a vacation to nearby hill station and spend some fun-filled time to keep you active. However, you’re advised to protect your skin, hair and face from burniong sun-rays during vacation too.
